Required information: name, email, subject and message. Purpose: responding to your inquiry and related follow-up. Retention: 365 days from receipt, then deletion at the next hourly cleanup while the service is running. Backup files are retained for 7 days and deleted at the next daily cleanup. You may refuse consent; the online form will then be unavailable.

Only information needed to respond should be entered. Do not include sensitive information, ID numbers or confidential technical data.

2. Use and storage

Authorized staff use the information for inquiry handling. The live inquiry record is deleted automatically after its recorded retention period. Backup files are deleted at the next daily cleanup after their 7-day retention period; cleanup pauses when the backup service is stopped. The restored database must be pruned before reopening the service.

3. Rights and contact

4. Security and browser storage

The application uses authenticated administration, restricted database access and HTTPS in production. Admin session cookies are used for login. The homepage stores only an animation preference in localStorage. This package includes no analytics or advertising trackers. Short-lived, keyed IP hashes are used for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored by the application.

The hosting provider, storage location, any processors or overseas transfers, and any infrastructure access logs must be assessed and documented before this draft is approved. External article links are handled by their respective websites.
